A planet that is unaffiliated with the Three Empires. Tessyas was settled by the IST, and strict rules were put in place at its founding to keep the citizens from leaving the planet or interacting with the rest of humanity. Despite those rules, however, the Cartel discovered the planet and has worked out a trade deal.

The Visitors are working to re-integrate Tessyas with the rest of humanity.
